Advanced Remediation Services is a free lead generation and referral network. We are not a licensed contractor. We do not perform emergency water, fire, and mold restoration directly.

Any contracts, agreements, or warranties formed as a result of a connection made through our Site are strictly between you and the independent third-party contractor. We bear no liability for the quality of work, pricing, delays, property damage, or disputes arising from your engagement with a third-party contractor.

3. Independent Contractors

All professionals matched through our service are independent businesses. It is your sole responsibility to verify that the contractor holds the appropriate licenses, bonds, and insurance required by your state or municipality before authorizing any work.
